Cozy B&B in great location. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts in elegant dining rooms (or you can sit at a table on front porch). Sitting on the veranda in the evenings was very enjoyable. An excellent value.

We had a very pleasant stay at this B&B, the room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner, Scott was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the evenings at the veranda and their yummy cookies, their breakfast was very good. We definitely recommend this place and we'll stay with them again. PS they are also pretty reasonable on price

This B&B is cheaper than many of the others and less "showy" from the outside. It was the home of train magnate Henry Flagler's doctor, built in 1907. I got the Coquina Room off the back--a queen size bed, large bathroom, comfortable room. Parking for six cars (small, tight fit). Mints & bottled water provided. Nice balcony. Use of bicycle was wonderful. I missed their 4 pm "tea" (wine, juices, cakes) but their breakfast was delish! Muffins, marmelade, cran juice, yogurt & granola and a hot egg casserole with a yum moist bran muffin. (They mentioned stuffed French toast but it didn't materialize!) The keepers were not particularly talkative but very helpful. The place is two walking blocks from St. George and close to the tram boarding area. I'll return! (toilet had a leak and hissed on and off all night.

We've stayed here twice and leave happy and rested. Scott, the owner, is very helpful but not overly talkative. My husband appreciates that. Breakfast is just enough and we love going back to the inn for an afternoon treat of cookies and iced tea. We will certainly stay here again and again! Seems to be less expensive than others, yet is right there in the heart of it all. Tip: very close to the Spanish Bakery. Eat there for lunch! Mmm.

This inn is located in the heart of St. Augustine, which is very convenient, and we enjoyed walking to most places. However, there were some things which were disappointing. Our room had a vintage tub, however, much the caulking was missing and/or moldy. And there was a hair in the tub that had not been cleaned out. When we arrived at 4, there was a tray of chocolate chip cookies and iced tea, but no wine as advertised on the website. I asked if there was coffee, and was told there would be coffee available at 8:15 the next morning. Get a Keurig!! In the evening we had a question about the wireless internet password, and the innkeepers were gone with a note saying to call their number, which they didn't answer. Finally, I asked another guest, and she was able to help us. Our room was in the front of the inn and there was LOUD music and sounds of partying until 2:00 a.m. Needless to say, we didn't get to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. Also, the room was a little chilly and the mattress was hard. Breakfast was store bought English muffins, raisin bread and fruit and yogurt, with the hot choice being a slice of egg and cheese casserole and a muffin. No meat. This was my daughter's first experience at a B&B, and she thought the place was okay, but I've been to many B&B's and know how much better it could be. This was not on the level of other B&B's and not as nice as we had expected.
